Disparities/Differences between guidance and counselling
Conclusion
We can therefore conclude that counselling and guidance are not the same words. counselling is more of helping a person to understand his/her problems and let him/her find solutions of his/her own. Its more of a healing process, curative or remedial while guidance is a lifelong process mostly used in the teaching/learning process that can be conducted by any person with skills or knowledge. Guidance has no problems to be solved, thus its preventive.
